Rock Star Farms cultivates a variety of produce, almost year round, through organic and biodynamic practices. The farm is founded on progressive values, through which we continually strive to educate not only ourselves, but the local, regional and global community about the experiences of farming (from the smallest of container gardens to large family farms) and supporting the local foods movement.
Community Supported Agriculture Program (CSA)
This past winter, from early February 2010-mid March we supplied 10 families with a weekly supply of vegetables, through our recently launched CSA program. This spring we plan on expanding our CSA program by making 10 – 20 more shares available. Prices for CSA shares will be available soon.
If you are interested in finding out more about our CSA program please email us at sunshine@rockstarfarms.com

Workshops
We are in the process of constructing a yurt, an outdoor kitchen facility as well as some camping areas here at Rock Star Farms to support our many workshops that we are excited about sharing with you. We are currently working on a workshop schedule for mid-late summer and fall. Please see our workshop page on this blog for more information.

Are your organic products available for the public to buy? Thanks
Hi Beth. We just launched a CSA (community suported agriculture) program that is wrapping up this week. We will begin another CSA in the late spring and possibly participating in a few tailgate markets around the area. I will add you to our mailing list and keep you posted on RSF happenings!
can you please add my email address to your mailing list? I live very close to your farm and would like to know more about participating in your next CSA opportunity.
Thanks so much,
Sue
Hi Sue!
I have added you to our emailing list. We will be deciding in the next couple of weeks if we will grow our CSA list. We’ve had so much tremendous support from our community! Thank you.
I would like to be added to your list. Glad to find a local source of produce–live in Gainesville. My husband is also a musician!
Hi Elizabeth,
